Agreement

By accessing or using IT (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. The Service is provided by WeServeAI. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

What the Service is

IT helps managed IT providers and their clients track estates and issues — clients, sites, assets, tickets, custody, identifiers, and related history. It is an operational system of record, not a substitute for legal, insurance, financial, or compliance advice.

Accounts & access

  • You must sign in with an allowed identity provider (e.g. Microsoft Entra ID, Google).
  • Access is by invite or operator authorization, except platform-operator break-glass accounts.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
  • Provider admins control client onboarding, invitations, and much of the estate data for their tenant.

Your data & responsibilities

  • You (or your organization) retain responsibility for the accuracy of asset and customer data entered into the Service.
  • Do not upload unlawful content or data you are not entitled to process. Respect client confidentiality and applicable employment/privacy rules.
  • Discovery agents and imports must be used only on systems and estates you are authorized to manage.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service (including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting operations, reverse engineering beyond what law allows, or using it to harm others).

Availability & changes

We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product evolves. Soft-launch deployments may have limited SLAs.

No warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that estate data, discovery results, or alerts are complete or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeServeAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of (or inability to use) the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service and request account/access removal as described in the privacy policy.

Account deletion

To remove your user access or request deletion/export of organization data, contact your provider admin or info@weserveai.com. See the privacy policy for more detail.

Governing notes

These terms may be updated on this page. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
